COMMON warts and pregnancy/ babies

Random one. DH has just a normal (common) wart on his hand that’s been treated but won’t budge. Is this a risk to the baby when baby arrives if he touches her? I’m aware that there are certain viruses if adults have they shouldn’t touch the baby (like cold sores - right?) and wondering if it’s the same for common warts. This question is literally impossible to Google because if you type in warts and pregnancy or babies it just returns results on genital warts. Feel a bit silly asking midwife or GP so wondered if anyone knew?

I've not heard of it causing anything awful but I'd do best to not pass it on. Newborns immune system is so new. You can get gel that covers warts and verrucas that prevent transmission,m maybe your husband can use that?
