Cramps and back ache 16 weeks pregnant

Hello,

Today I’ve had mild period like cramps and on off back ache. Anyone else getting this? Is this normal? I have been getting back ache and sharp pains but not had dull cramping since 1st trimester.

Yes me have had cramps on and off, am just ahead of you at 17+5 and unless it's accompanied by bleeding try not to worry.

I mentioned it to my midwife at my appt this week and she said all normal, body is stretching and moving all the time to accommodate the fast growing baby x

That’s good to hear it’s normal, I can’t help always thinking the worst. Had a wee bit of cramps this morning but feeling better now.
