Hi all. This is my first time posting and I'm wondering is anyone else has experienced this.
I am 28 weeks pregnant and still suffering with bad nausea and burping all day. I'm on omeprazole 20mg daily for indigestion but it's not helping with the burping at all. It's constant and driving me crazy.
I've started avoiding food that seems to make it worse, but the list keeps growing. I've cut out all deep fried food, all dairy, chocolate, onion, garlic, chilli, tomatoes, Lettuce, Strawberries and all berries, melon, lemon, caffeine, artificial sweetners. All these foods can leave me feeling so severely sick and I'm up all night burping.
I'm not sure what to do. I'm utterly miserable and it seems to be getting worse. I don't know whether to go to the doctors for help (I'm worried they will just say, yes it's a bad pregnancy). Thanks in advance everyone 😊

I'm new on here and it not sure about this website but I just want another woman's thought on what I should do or if I should be concerned...
I'm 9 weeks pregnant as of today and I happened to have passed a blood clot after intercourse. I noticed it after going to pee. What should I do? And is that normal or should I be worried?
