Hello everyone,

Just wondering if vitamin B6 can change cycle length? Longer? Shorter? I know everyone will experience different things, but started on pregnacare conception tablets (not currently trying as of yet, so definitely not pregnant etc) but just started taking them in preparation for later in year when I do try and get pregnant again. Anyway I read the vitamin b6 in the tablets can delay period ? Is there any truth to this? Am I better just taking folic acid ? Rather than using pregnacare conception? Thanks !

I take b vitamins all the time and never noticed them causing any disruption to my cycles.

A multivitamin is easier, makes sure you fill any gaps in your diet. If your body doesn't need it then it will be discarded, the exception being fat soluble vitamins which your body can store.
