Spotting 26 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone! I’m 26+3 and this morning had some really light spotting - only noticeable when I put the loo roll inside a little.

I’ve been run off my feet the past week so unsure if I’ve been doing too much. No pain, still feeling baby move. Should I be worried?

I’m 26 weeks too, luckily had no bleeding so far. There’s so many causes of what spotting could be. Might be best ringing the number for your midwife and just ask if you need an extra check. I have negative blood so I know if it happens to me I need to get the anti d injection asap but most people don’t have that issue

I was told at my last appointment it was when I was 26 weeks any bleeding to ring straight away it may be absolutely nothing but I was told it may be a sign of pre term labour, best ringing they might want to check you over. I am pregnant with twins but I would assume that advice would be similar for singletons aswell

Probably nothing to worry about but do give your midwife a call.
It's not uncommon to have spotting at any stage of pregnancy and there can be several causes so reporting it is best.
