3 weeks late period, blood when I wipe help?

I went off the pill In January and my period in feb was week early and in March was a week late I didn’t have a period in April and I’m 3 weeks late, I have pcos and before the pill I was very irregular going months without a period but with every pregnancy symptom going but always a BFN.
I’ve had pains around ovaries on an off , cramps on an off but last two days really bad with some sore boobs , I had bad back pain on Sunday night me and my partner had sex sorry tmi and Monday morning I wiped and there was light blood put a pad on thinking was my period but nothing since

What do you need help with? Take a pregnancy test or speak to your GP re lack of period... you said your periods were irregular and you could go months without one. Why the concern? Sometimes sex can irritate the cervix which can cause light bleeding

I have taken a test negative, I’ve had irregular periods yes my concern is the pains I’m having waiting to get into a doctor, was just wandering if anyone had a similar experience I’ve never had bleeding after sex either.
