Side effects of the pill - like pregnancy?

Hi there,
I’ve been getting pretty bad side effects such as migraines and nausea with the POP (the one I didn’t get any side effects with has been discontinued - typical!). I was just wondering if it’s more likely, if I were to become pregnant in the future, that I would experience similar issues as with the pill? Because I don’t think I could take the migraines for months on end..

That's crystal ball territory OP; you'll never know until that point.

I will say you need to consider the difference between synthetic and natural hormones.

Trying to be objective and helpful, I'll say I feel better during pregnancy than some of the symptoms I've had with birth control, I don't know whether that helps at all or not.

Also, I'd go back to your GP, they once switched me to a different, cheaper brand equivalent of microgynon 30 - supposedly it was the exact same pill, yet I got side effects with it that I didn't with the microgynon.
