Bfp but slow rising hcg

So I've had a bfp following ivf, clinic done bloods on Weds and confirmed pregnancy and I've also done a frer which showed a dark line - the darkest I've ever had in all the years of ttc.

My hcg on Wednesday was 345 and then on Friday 450 so it's Rosen but not doubled 😬 I had to go back today for bloods and it's gone up slightly to 476 so I was given a intralipid as being tested for immunes. Should I prepare for the worst? This is my 5th pregnancy and no live children and I just feel so devastated :(

@ivfgottwins can I just ask did you manage to have a successful pregnancy?
This will be my 5th loss and I think I've decided I've had enough. I had this ivf round at Argc so I feel like I've been to one of the best clinics and it's time to put a stop to it all xx

I did after 5 rounds of IVF and 4 transfers (I also had 2 ruptured ectopics along the way as well as 5 miscarriages and lost both tubes). I had twins in January. I was getting ready to stop when our final transfer worked - I wanted to move on with our lives - go on holiday, move house, do all the things we'd put off, rebuild relationships which had suffered

I've heard good things about ARGC but the costs are eye watering?

For me deciding to stop was about not having regrets so was there something I could have tried but didn't? I did short protocol IVF and then natural modified IVF (which did work for us) - I probably would have tried long protocol as one final Shot. During lockdown 1 I woke up one morning and realised that I was at the point where I felt if IVF didn't work for me than I'd be ok and I knew then that I was finally at peace with it all. Funnily enough a couple of weeks later when the clinics reopened that was the transfer which finally worked

@ivfgottwins Awww that's an beautiful ending congratulations! What clinic did you use? I'm with Argc for this cycle and 4 blastocysts frozen but I can't really afford another transfer with they it's so expensive so may look at another clinic if I decide to go again x

I was with Create - FET costs with them are around £1300 plus medication x

@andivfmakes3 I've also used Create and they were very good but I only ended up with 1 blastocyst which I have frozen.
Weirdly my hcg was slow rising for the first few days and then last week started doubling. I got scanned at 5+2 but they couldn't see a sac and couldn't identify an ectopic either. Ive been told to sit tight and wait so next scan is Thursday. It's been the worst few days of my life as I'm just so anxious and teary all the time. Xx
