Early pregnancy bleeding - Pics included / TW

I’m 5+4 and have had very mild period like pain since yesterday evening. Not enough to take pain relief but am aware of it.

Have had dark brown bleeding since yesterday, also. I had one wipe of bright red blood, the rest have been similar to pictures.
Not sure if related, but I’d been feeling nauseous and having headaches for 4-5 days, but that stopped yesterday.

Anyone had anything similar? I’m not sure if I need to call someone? (Don’t have midwife yet, nor does GP know, yet).

I miscarried literally a year ago this weekend at 7 weeks, I'm afraid it started very much like the pictures here. I didn't call anyone as it was so early on and I knew there was nothing they could do. If I had been experiencing pain I would have called the EPU. When I had my first child I had terrible pains and a teeny bit of spotting, but that turned out fine. Plenty of people seem to bleed early on and be fine so it could go either way. On a positive note I did get pregnant again shorty after I miscarried and he's 9 weeks old today. Good luck, hopefully you have a good outcome X
