Hi all

I think I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant, I can't tell as I had a miscarriage recently and didn't have a period between that one and this pregnancy. But in 3 days I have my first booking appointment so for this reason I believe I'm roughly 8 weeks.

Basically I've had spotting all day yesterday, very light but happened until my shower around 8.30pm. From 8.30pm until 7am I had no bleeding. And then the spotting started again, it's been happening all day again and it's abit heavier. I've got some achy abdominal pain but not strong cramps.

In my last miscarriage I knew straight away as there was lots of blood and strong cramping. This time the blood is little but ongoing and mild aches, I'm wearing thin panty liners not pads as blood isn't soaking through. Although it's bright red.

I have a scan tomorrow morning but I'm very worried and I don't know what to expect. I'm wondering if anyone has had something similar and the outcome? I know I shouldn't think about it nothing I can do until I know at the scan but I'm really unable to get it out of my head, I would be so gutted as I really wanted this pregnancy to stick :(

Please let me know your thoughts on this :(

I had period types aches a few times, and spotting at around 8 weeks (pink). All was fine. Try & get examined if you can x

@Snally82 okay thank you, I'm happy all was fine! I'm just worried as mine is getting a little heavier and it's bright red, I have a scan tomorrow morning but just waiting is the hard part

I can imagine, I have everything crossed for good news for you. My midwife said it was likely my body getting confused as it would normally be the time of my period
