Hi everyone,
I'm currently 30+5 with baby number 1 and I have endometriosis. Between weeks 6 and 10 I was in and out of hospital with horrific pains and was put on strong painkillers. After numerous tests and scans the pain was ruled as probably caused by my endometriosis stretching and tearing as my womb grew. Now I have been told over and over since diagnosis that ''pregnancy stops all of your symptoms'' even last week at my consultant appointment he said that as if it was good news to which I pointed out I am 30 weeks in and it has not..
The pain eased off significantly after week 10 but I still get the odd day of strong period pains/back pain and due to the fact everyone tells me I shouldn't have any symptoms it makes me worry...
Has anyone else had experience of this? Did your symptoms vanish?
