Royal Sussex County Hospital (Brighton) vs. Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

I'm new to the area and in the early stages of pregnancy. I would love to hear any experiences of giving birth in either of these hospitals as I live between the two.

There is already a thread on this but it's 6 years old so I would appreciate some more recent recommendations.

Royal Sussex out of the two, based on the fact that it has a superb NICU (The Trevor Mann Baby Unit) which hopefully you wouldn’t need, but the peace of mind it would afford is worth going there IMO.
Worthing Hospital is also a popular choice for locals
