Bleeding pregnancy - but heart beat

I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant I had a scan today as I have been bleeding for 3 days almost like a period , however scan showed a heartbeat . They dint uncover where bleeding was coming from , anyone have similar situation should I be concerned as bleeding hasn't stopped ?

Started bleeding today at 11w+5d. Panicked as I thought I could feel mild cramping also. I have had two miscarriages so felt very stressed as I really thought this was going to go the same way. stressul. I was lucky to get a scan booked this afternoon. Thankfully everything is good, no blood could be found around the baby, cervix good, placenta good. No threated miscarriage. I'm the same.. really hope the bleeding stops soon. The sonographer wasn't concerned and seemed to think it will just go away. I guess some bleeding is unexplained if everything is good on the scan?
