Has anyone ever took vitex to prevent miscarriages or to help with fertility to get pregnant?

Honestly, having had 3 miscarriages, I strongly caution against doing this. For starters, Vitex can prevent ovulation so may harm your fertility. It's also not tested during pregnancy, it could do any manner of things.

One of the proven ways that Vitex can support fertility is that it lowers prolactin. If you had a prolactin issue, then great! But do you know that? And if you do know that, then it's also much safer and more effective to go with a regulated medication. If you don't, it can exacerbate hormonal imbalances which could lead to worsened infertility and a greater chance of miscarriage.
