You might not feel baby til 20 weeks or even longer, try not to worry! I didn't feel this one til almost 18 weeks and it's my 4th.

Bellybutton looks totally normal- it will do stranger things in the third trimester, like become an outie.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Don't worry OP you're still early. I'm pregnant with my first and didn't feel any movement until around 19 weeks, even then it was just flutters and me questioning if they were movements or not, as they got stronger I realised it was movements I'd been feeling. I also have a posterior placenta so no reason that I never felt them. I believe if your placenta is anterior it may take longer for you to feel them too!

Belly button looks normal x

My bellybutton is gradually becoming and outie too. I felt my first movement at 23 and a half weeks (now 30) :)

Ditto PP, if you have an anterior placenta (should be noted somewhere) you might not feel anything for a while. Either way it's pretty early days yet.

I've also heard you can have a slight dip in the belly button if baby is back to back (their back is against your back) but they grow and usually change position so your belly button can eventually pop out slightly.

It's still early days. Don't panic yet.

You'll probably start feeling flutters, like a butterfly or a fish in your belly, in the next month or so.

I first felt my son at 20 weeks, he's now almost 2 and happy and well.

Definitely a bit early.
