Pregnant on Mirena

Hi, new to this but need help.
I have had the mirena coil in now since November 2020. I now have 4 faint positive pregnancy tests here. Please give me any kind of advice. I've been to hospital and they didn't do anything. They took a strip test but negative but it was midnight and I had peed a million times l, so was very diluted. They sent me away and told me to test again in a week and that was it. I'm unsure how to add a photo?

SIL fell pregnant twice with the Mirena, first time it fell out without her knowledge second time it was still in place at her 12 week scan and they had to remove it

I'm not even upset at the idea of having my 2nd baby, its the fear of the coil being in there as I have had multiple miscarriages ans sepsis twice.

The hormone in the coil is less than that of the pill which is good, try ringing your local early pregnancy unit they should be able to see you and monitor your bloods too see how far along the pregnancy is and remove the coil for you, hopefully you get some answers soon

Thank you, unfortunately they told me to basically wait a week and test again. Which I find is ridiculous because the coil may do damage, well thats what I thought anyway x
