I have had light spotting last 2 weeks, nothing to worry about in addition there was quite a bit of cramping.
today I got a gush of bright red blood and some clots, its tapered off now and there wasnt a lot of blood compared to when I MC last (13 wks) last time. I know time difference would make more difference.

Has anyone bled and went onto having a baby or am I clutching at straws?

Sorry you're going through this - I hope everything goes okay
I started bleeding at 6 weeks. Gush of bright red blood and 2 small clots that turned into darker spotting. I also had a LOT of cramping.
I was CERTAIN I was having another MC but I had a scan and turns out I have a tear in my uterus (most likely caused by my D&C last MC) and that's what the bleeding was.

Baby is currently okay (weeks 2)

7 weeks 2 days

Hi,

I've had 3 MCs where the bleeding was more gradual. In my current pregnancy I had a bleed one evening at 6.5 weeks, it was red in my underwear and then I needed to wear a pad that evening and the following morning. Then it stopped. I was convinced it was the end again but we're still going now at 22 weeks. Bleeding doesn't always mean mc, but it is always a worry. I never knew the reason for the bleed.

I really hope this works out for you

Bubski2020 · 11/04/2021 21:55

thank you ladies Flowers
ok so still hope.
I just don't think it's a MC but it was quite a bit of blood loss. my heart says not but my brain is being rational!

thank you,

wishing you both a healthy pregnancy x

I bleed at 8 weeks in this pregnancy, after having lost my previous one, and was freaking out and convinced it was over. I had an early scan and they confirmed baby was fine.
They didn't know what the bleed was

Screwcorona · 11/04/2021 22:22

34weeks on weds so all going good. Fingers crossed for you too, have you gotten checked out anywhere?

Babyjune21 · 11/04/2021 23:59

Hey OP. I’m currently 18 weeks and have been bleeding since 10 weeks. I have had blood on a daily basis that ranges between spotting and gushing that needs hospital review. I have a sun chronic hematoma. It does increase risk, specifically if you’re actively bleeding but could explain what’s going on? I’ve had bright red blood, brown blood, every colour in between and some clots. I haven’t ever felt pain with these.

Sending you lots of warm wishes and keeping my fingers crossed all is ok for you

Bubski2020 · 13/04/2021 09:21

Hi, just an update, still bleeding sporadically heavy at times, went to GP yesterday. She done bloods and I am booked in to EPU tomorrow AM

Roll on tomorrow and I can find out for sure. I have been reading up on SCH and it sounds like it's what I have..although I'll wait until the doctor tells me for sure.

Only for you lovely ladies I would have not know and it is great to have this community ❤
