First time pregnant - big surprise

I'm new here :)
Big surprise last week to find out I'm pregnant. Missing a couple of my contraceptive pill and having antibiotics must have created a window of opportunity!

Is it right to feel like I've just dreamed it? I've taken 5 tests now, all positive. I'm completely drained of energy and emotionally up and down so much. I cried at a song on the radio yesterday!

Any tips for newbee, clueless people? I've started folic acid, obviously stopped alcohol and I'm was a Diet Coke addict but figure the caffeine will be no good for me now.

What are the big milestones?? It's so hard to have so many questions when you are trying to avoid really telling anyone the news yet with it being so early....

Any help would be great :)

How exciting for you! Congratulations! You probably want to wait a couple more weeks and then call your midwife team to schedule your booking appointment which you have around 8-10 weeks, that's your first step, and then your midwife will book your scans etc. It's quite a lonely time in your first trimester as you don't see much of the healthcare professionals you just kinda have to plod on with it yourself xx
