So I'm 39 weeks and had a sweep yesterday, mw said I was 3-4 cm dilated very little cervix left and very stretchy and was in the right position, baby just not fully engaged. When she did the sweep I had a bleed straight after which she said to count as my blood show, been having a few pains but nothing much. My question is how long should the show last as still having bloody mucus now. And when did you go into labour after your sweep ?
