Ultrasound measuring baby at 6 weeks not 10 (4 weeks behind)

Just been for an early private scan due to some spotting. Thought I was 10 weeks + 2 but apparently baby was only measuring 6 weeks +2 days. But had a visible heart beat of 167 bpm. Has anyone had this happen to them and all been ok? Had last period 26th January and got a quite faint positive on early clear blue test on day I thought period was due (24th Feb) got a 2-3 weeks pregnant on clear blue weeks indicator on 9th March x

4 weeks is a huge difference measurement wise. Best thing you could do is get another scan in a week or 2 to see how things are progressing.
You've either got your dates wrong or baby is growing much slower than it should be.

Yeah they said can get another scan within next 2 weeks. I know 26th Jan was deffinately last period. Usually my cycles are around 30 days. Not done the deed since between the 14th-16th Feb. Don't understand how I got a positive pregnancy test 6 weeks 3 days ago but baby is only measuring 6 weeks 2 days now. Thinking baby must not be growing correctly/growing very slowly??

I went for my first scan at what I thought was 9+2, they measured me at 6+2. No explanation for it but all was fine and they said I must have just ovulated a bit later that month 🤷‍♀️

Going on dates of last period, I guessed I was 3 weeks ahead of where i actually am.
So early on, at my 12 week scan, I was only actually 9 weeks so had to go back.
My estimate due date jumped from 15th may to 7th June.

Sometimes our bodies just don't stick to an actually dead set pattern. Hope you're ok.

The heartbeat sounds promising though but unsure how the dates could be so out. Is it possible you ovulated a lot later than usual this cycle?

I had spotting which turned into bleeding and clotting 3 days ago. Went for a private scan yesterday and babies were measuring just over 6 weeks and I'm 11+5. They said the scan was inconclusive but I know in my mind that I'm miscarrying. I know we haven't had sex since 31st Jan/1st Feb (I tested positive 13th,14th,15th Feb) so my dates are not 5 weeks out. Pain has started today so it's fairly inevitable. I'm devastated
