Sorry for the long post! I took a test a couple of days ago which showed I was at 1-2 weeks pregnant. DH and I weren’t trying but also weren’t too concerned if anything happened as we were planning on trying by the end of the year as wanted a close age gap. A little closer than we discussed but not by too much so not a total surprise and after a previous MC we feel blessed to be able to get pregnant easily.
I have a few anxiety’s about it, I had a MMC before we had DS who is now a happy 10 month old who has just started walking! I’m worried to get excited or think too much about the future incase the same happens again, we found out at the 12 week scan with the miscarriage that the sac was empty so I’m worried my body won’t realise again.
I’m due back to work next month so I won’t be telling them until I know if everything is okay after 12 weeks but it means I’ll only be back for roughly 6 months so am worried to tell them I’ll be going off again so soon especially as it wasn’t a full on unexpected accident which everyone will assume it was and judge!
Really just looking for advice from anyone who has been through anything similar 
I’m trying to just put it to the back of my mind until later in the pregnancy once we know if all is well but you know how hard it is not to think about it 
the first 12 weeks are the longest when no one but you and DH knows!
