35.5 weeks worrying sick about movement every day

Literally so fed up. I've been in 3 times for reduced movements. Baby barely moves anymore, I can only feel movements if I lift my top up and put my hands on my stomach. CTG has been fine everytime. But honestly feeling less movements now than I did at 28 weeks. She's never had a pattern either. Anyone else the same? My first baby moved non stop. I've had scans at 28 weeks, 32 weeks and another scan next week too, blood flow to the placenta has been really good.

Keep speaking with your midwife and the pregnant assessment unit. It's hard when you feel like you're being a 'bother' but you're really not. I went in twice with mine at 33 and 38 weeks. As soon as I was hooked up she started moving like crazy, typical. But it's ALWAYS the right thing to seek advice.

Did you speak to a doctor when you went in for monitoring? If you feel movement is reducing consistently then they need to take you seriously.

I’m sorry you have this worry but please keep getting checked. Not all issues can be picked up on scans or ctg.

@Teakind yes I saw and doctor and I'm under consultant led care. I've been told they wont induce before 37 weeks, because I am feeling some movement and everything has been fine with the tests they've done. I'm just hoping if it continues then they will induce me. I was really wanting a normal birth but now I just want her out.

@Moorelewis that’s good you are consultant led. 37 weeks is very close now and if you have to go in daily for monitoring.

I know induction isn’t generally what people want but when I had my DS, he was born 2.5 hours after they broke my waters so it wasn’t too bad.

Have they scanned you to check the cord flow?

@Teakind I was induced with my first and spent 40 hours in labour, ended up in an emergency c section. I know it's likely I'll end up with another if I'm induced early again. Yes I've had lots of scans and have another wednesday. Blood flow has been fine each time.
