Baby measuring big at 28 weeks - growth scan

Hello,
I had a growth scan yesterday as I am being monitored for a cyst I have. I was very surprised the baby is measured on 95th percentile for everything and estimated at 3.5 pounds already, I'm 28 weeks yesterday, my last baby was 9 pounds too. I don't have gestational diabetes
I'm having an elective c section this time but it's not been booked yet. Does this have any impact on when that will take place, or would it if you were having a normal delivery?

Unlikely to change much for elcs, may just bring it forward if baby goes any further up the centiles. If they have steady growth going forward they'll not worry.
A vb could have higher risk of intervention if baby got stuck.
