I feel like I should know this already, as I’ve obviously done it before! 🙈 but think I may just be hopeful baby is on his way..

I’m 39 weeks today. When I stand up for a few mins or more at a time I’m getting LOADS of pressure in my bum, (TMI warning) feels almost like I constantly need to poo, which I have done already 3 times this morning, but it’s not loose which I remember having in early stage labour with DS1. I get lots of cm anyway but definitely have more going on down there than normal, but it’s creamy and not mucous-plug like.
I don’t think I’m having contractions, but having lots of little tightenings in the middle of my bump and a little lower down in my pelvis, shooty fanny pains too (sorry I can’t word it much better than that!) they last a few seconds at a time but not really much of a pattern.

Really don’t want to call DH home from work or labour ward if it’s just one of those things. (Already been to labour ward 4/5 times for this pregnancy for strange pains and movements - I’d like to think the next time we go I’ll be leaving with a baby!) X
