Hi all, I am 12 weeks pregnant with my first and am 39 years old. Mumsnet has been a total saviour to me these past months! I am just posting to see if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. This morning, almost 12 hours ago now, I wiped and there was a small, dark brown clot on the tissue - maybe 1cm2. There was no other blood, just a slight warm tinge for the rest of the day but that seems to have stopped now. I don't have any cramping but I have a kind of scraping feeling, almost like pressure, in my womb area. I am trying not to worry but had a mc last year and have to say am scared of one at 12 weeks. I have a scan booked on Monday which is great as not too long....but, equally, feels like aeons away!! If anyone has a similar story to share or any inside info from a mw I'd be super grateful as I am in Portugal and assistance at the weekend is zilch. Thank you all for reading!
