Hey everyone! So had to get the hep b vaccine for my new job had my first start of march and recently found out i am pregnant. I was adviced not to have anymore by my job, but this is now awkward as i might not be able to keep my job! I keep getting mixed answers on google! Has anyone had it during pregnancy?

A simple Google and read on the NHS website gives you your answers.

It's possible that the pharmacy won't be able to give you your next vaccination. They provide hep b jabs under a patient group direction which is like a big prescription covering a lot of patients, as long as the patients meet the criteria to be included, and are not excluded for any reason, and pregnancy could be an exclusion criteria. In this case, your GPs surgery or a private doctor would be able to continue your vaccine schedule.
