Pregnant and terrified

Hi all.
I had a miscarriage in December at 10 weeks. It completely devastated me. I'm still on reduced hours at work and am having counselling.

I did a test last night and have a BFP!
I'm only about three weeks.
I'm still in shock. And it feels totally different to my first pregnancy, where I couldn't hold the excitement in, and just felt so joyous and hopeful.

I'm absolutely terrified it will happen again. I've got bad feeling already, I don't know why.

Any advice??

I'm so sorry for your previous loss, and congratulations on your new pregnancy. My best advice is to take it one day at a time. The first trimester will feel incredibly slow, so try to distract yourself if you can. Stay on your reduced hours and continue the counselling for as long as you need. Pregnancy after loss can feel incredibly difficult at times, just remember this is a new and different pregnancy.

Oh @RunnerGirl123 thank you so much.
You're right. It's just so hard because comparing them is like night and day.
It should be such an exciting and positive time but I just feel a sense of doom!!
