Wavering motivation to work out

How are you getting on with exercise motivation as pregnancy progresses?

Gym sessions really are feeling like more of a chore now, 20+2wk. Have to push myself to go in and lift weights, everything is what was warm up weight pre-pregnancy so not too hard work. I always feel better after a session so it's worth pushing myself. I was better when suffering with nausea and fatigue.

21+1 here and I barely do any exercise atm, mainly just walking and hoping to start some pregnancy yoga or pilates soon (would prefer a face to face class).
However, when I used to run regularly my tips to get you out / to the gym were to get ready and just do 5 minutes and if you're not feeling it, call it a day. I never stopped after the 5 minutes though, I'd just keep going. Also having a plan of exactly what I'd be doing was more motivating than making it up as I went along!

Absolutely well done for keeping up with your workouts, I'm sure your body will thank you for it later in the pregnancy and in labour!
