Lots of watery discharge - 20+1

I'm currently 20+1. Been having lots of discharge since the beginning of the pregnancy, but for the last week or so it has increased significantly. I don't have to wear a pad, but my pants or the liner are damp (don't usually need to use more than one per day though). There's no trickling down the legs or anything like that, but I feel wet and it's constantly wet between the lips and around the entrance. Mostly clear, perhaps a little oily texture, sometimes white-ish. Went to the maternity assessment on Sunday as was so worried. They did an internal and said cervix is closed and took swabs for infection that came back negative a couple of days later. I had my 20 week scan this week and all was good with the baby, normal amount of amniotic fluid and cervix closed. So I guess I need to calm down and accept this as one of these pregnancy things. Anyone else having a lot of clear watery discharge and feeling damp/wet?

Yes

I posted about the same thing earlier this week

I am 26 weeks now but have had this all the way through second trimester

I just have a small damp patch on underwear or on a panty liner. Its not every day but if I don't wear a panty liner I feel like I need to wash trousers / leggings after one wash as sometimes that area feels a bit wet

I think it's something that happens to most.
I've had it my whole pregnancy almost. Constant damp underwear where I've had to wear a panty liner every day

I did, to the point I went in to the EPU and had similar checks to you at 18.5 weeks, in case it was amniotic fluid.

All was fine and it's come and gone through the remainder of pregnancy (34 weeks now). I wear a pantiliner every day although just clean cotton knickers at night to let things air😂

I rang the maternity unit because I had similar, they said to put a sanitary towel in and if that gets soaked through in a couple of hours to get it checked out, otherwise it was likely to be normal.

I often have a damp patch in my underwear. You’d almost assume I’d wet myself a tiny little bit as it’s thin and there’s not usually any colour to it. It does sometimes try a slightly cloudy white. I’m 22 weeks and have been having it on and off since about 12 weeks. Think it’s just one of those pregnancy things x

Thank you so much, everyone! It seems it's indeed very common.
