Hi, my wife and I have had two miscarriages in 7 months and I fear we’re having another. Our first miscarriage happened on the day of our 12 week scan in October and then we had a chemical pregnancy around 5 weeks over new year. We got pregnant against quickly but this week, a few days after the positive test, there was some blood. It was pink at first and has been brown since, that’s been 3 days. It’s only when she wipes. She also has intermittent period-like cramps.
She doesn’t really have any pregnancy symptoms apart from needing to pee often and fatigue - no sore boobs like she had first pregnancy. This pattern is following the same as the chemical pregnancy. The chemical pregnancy never became heavy blood, just brown spotting then a negative test a week later. Our most recent pregnancy test a couple of days ago still showed a strong line. Has anyone experienced similar and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? We know first hand how this may end but hoping it’s not what we fear. Early pregnancy advised for us to wait till Sunday when we’d be 6 weeks and to take another test then so it’s just a waiting game now.
