Which way up is my baby? Can anyone read a sonogram!?

I had an early scan today and am thrilled everything is ok with baby 🥰🥰🥰
Is my scan picture sideways or can the womb appear this way up on scans?
Also out of curiosity... any ideas where the placenta is lying from this scan? I’ve been told about the Ramzi theory and JUST FOR FUN we were trying to guess. It’s all so exciting!!

Well this has failed!!! I can’t see how to attach a picture. There’s no paperclip or attachment button 🤦🏽‍♀️

No one will be able to tell you except the sonographer anyway.

How far are you for a start? As you can't do the Ramzi theory until 10 weeks as that's when the placenta is visible on scans.

But also you can't post a photo until you're a member for 48 hours.

Only the sonographer will be able to tell you which way baby is laying as they have to zoom very far early on and can flip the image any way they need
