Hi all i wanted to know if the soft cheese in marks and Spencer sandwiches is pasteurised?

As long as its not a mould ripened cheese, you're fine.
All other cheeses are made with pasteurised milk.

Unpasteurised soft cheeses that aren’t mould ripened do exist, but the likes of an M&S sandwich will be fine. They’re generally more the kind of thing you would find at a farmers market.

As far as I'm aware, anything that's not pasteurised and sold in a supermarket should be clearly labelled. If it doesn't say anything about it being pasteurised or not pasteurised, it's likely pasteurised x
