Any midwives/medical professionals or pregnancy experts help me figure out this test?

Due to covid i missed my last midwives appointment in person and had a check over the phone instead. I havnt had an in person check up since 21 weeks at my anomaly. Nitrates in urine were picked up at scan and sent off for further tests and in the mean time i conctacted the doctor and got an anti-biotic. Through the post near a week later i got results saying I indeed had a UTI and I needed to contact my doctor, i had already done this and was nearly finished my course of anti-biotics and felt fine. Anyway as i missed appointments i booked a private reasure scan I had about 6 weeks ago all fine and I had bought home urine tests just to keep an eye on myself. Anyway these are the results of the test im not expert but I can tell it is showing high PH levels, mid range protein? and high leukocytes. So im worried now! Currently 32 weeks! Plan on ringing maternity in morn!
Thanks

I'm not a midwife or anything. But I've used the strips through pregnancy and know what they look for and I'd say it looks like you possibly have another UTI

When I was late in my.pregnancy I ended up with all sorts in my urine. Always had leukocytes but never an infection when they sent it off apparently, protein, sugar...no one ever seemed concerned but I used to worry and Google it. So I can empathize with how you're feeling. Give them a ring tomorrow and hopefully they can put your kind at ease or get you more tests. 🌺

I'd agree ring the midwife and ask to do urine dip. Looks like you could have a UTI. In the past I've had to do a couple of courses of antibiotics because the first lot didn't shift it
