Please dont ignore, symptom loss reassurance

Hey ladies! Just got my bfp, 4 weeks today i think. Last year u had a mc at 5 weeks. With the bfp last year i had sore breasts and really, really bad trapped wind! Anyway before mc symptoms just dissapeared. So far this pregnancy ive had sore breasts (and look big!) a little bit of trapped wind and on and off very mild cramps! Anyway im now really worried. How often are cramps supposed to happen? And now my breasts dont hurt atall and dont look big ='( can symptoms come and go? I've waited so long for this i really dont want another mc ='(

Very very normal. I remember poking my boobs regularly to see if they felt tender and panicking that symptoms had gone. I never got morning sickness or anything and have two lovely kids sleeping upstairs now.
Try to breathe through it. For now, you are pregnant. Congratulations! It’s awful to have had the experience you’ve had - the innocence of a pregnancy is gone as you know the things that can happen. I know it too it’s very hard not to panic and let anxiety eat you up.
Take every day a day at a time and try to do your best to stay grounded. No bleeding is good. Don’t keep testing! I am sure all will be fine.

@Margaritawithlime thanks for responding! Im glad to hear its normal, i keep poking my boobs and hoping they hurt! How crazy is that! Ive just waited so long for this i just dont believe it will happen! Im praying it will, ive been ttc for 2 1/2 years now! Ive just started a new job so atleast that will keep my mind busy during the day!

Symptoms can come and go. Some people never get any, some people get loads.

I've only ever had sore boobs as a symptom really in 5 pregnancies. Which come and go week to week. Sometime didn't come back at all.
If anything I had more symptoms with my miscarriages.

It shows no indication of how viable your pregnancy is.

You're also still very early so still time for them to hit full force!!

I also had cramps daily until second trimester.

Very normal. I had a mmc last year and I had sore breasts right up until that point. I had sore breasts for 2 days with this pregnancy so panicked and I’m now 20 weeks. Every pregnancy is different and your symptoms don’t determine the outcome. I hope al goes well xx

Totally normal for symptoms to come and go and also totally normal to have regular cramps, I spent the first 8 weeks thinking my period was about to start at any second

Congratulations. I'm 15 weeks and didn't have sore boobs. I had cramps for a few weeks after my BFP. My pregnancy symptoms kicked in at 5-6 weeks and did fluctuate x

I am round about 12 weeks pregnant (according to scan, anyway).

I have had period-like aches and pains throughout my entire first trimester and they've only started to ease in the last few days.

In the early weeks, I only had cramps and sore breasts as symptoms. After around 6 or 7 weeks I got nausea, vomiting, fatigue and crazy hunger pangs (literally had to eat all the time). However, in the beginning there was almost no difference between being pregnant and my period being about to start.
