I gave birth 3 weeks ago and since then, my previously spotless skin has gone all spotty! It's raised little bumps rather than whitehead/blackheads and they're also itchy! I dont remember having this issue with my 1st. Anyone had similar experience? What worked for you? Oh and I'm also ebf, could that be a factor?
