Hi ladies I just found out I’m pregnant with my second baby,with my first baby I went to special Pregnancy fitness classes and worked out all through my pregnancy but with this pregnancy gyms are currently closed 🙈 I am already very active and would like to maintain that throughout my pregnancy but I would like the motivation of specialised pregnancy fitness classes min 3 times a week. I don’t like yoga or Pilates I would just rather HITT or similar does anyone know of any good online ones which are motivating. Thanks a million 😘
