Left arm and shoulder pain 34 weeks

Hi all, has anyone else experienced this? I’m 34 weeks with baby #2 and my left shoulder is in agony & radiating down my arm. The arm pain is where you would have a flu shot, but I haven’t had any injections in months. It seems to get much worse at night. The pain just started a few days ago, and I’ve tried heating pad, and paracetamol, and drinking more water, and stretching. Just not sure I can handle this for potentially 6 more weeks.

Oops, hit post too soon. I had a pulmonary embolism and the first symptom was pain in my left arm and shoulder. Pregnancy is a risk factor for clots. It might not be this but worth getting checked.
