I feel like I'm posting on here a lot at the mo, but all of a sudden I have so many things going on.
I was painting the nursery today and after a couple of hours of painting this morn I noticed a slight pain just above my belly button. I had a few hours break and it felt fine, so I carried on for another few hours this afternoon. After I stopped the area immediately above my belly button felt very tender to touch, and I've since realised it's really quite painful when I'm sitting down. It's worse when I recline back and radiates down the right side of my bump a little. It's like a really deep muscular pain!?
Has anyone had anything similar? Wondering if some pain around this area is normal at this time as uterus is just above belly button level. Could it just be a muscular injury perhaps?!
