24 weeks & diarrhea and bad stomach cramps

Has anyone else had really bad diarrhea at this point in pregnancy? The pains in my stomach are so painful and uncomfortable too, like poop pains! I'm sorry for too much info and I know its gross but would appreciate any similar experiences or advice on what to do. Thankyou

26 weeks and had it for the first 14 weeks and now am 4 weeks into another outbreak. No meds that you can take for it but it's awful. I'm up all night on the toilet and exhausted

I was up ALL night last night😫 my stomach was in agony just cramping and so uncomfortable. Then was probably at the toilet around 12 times!! I'm trying to drink plenty of water, have you told your midwife?

Yes. There's nothing that can be taken, main thing is to avoid dehydration. I've been taking diorylate sachets each morning to replenish things.
