Period symptoms and bleeding 13 weeks pregnant

Had anyone experienced anything similar where around the time your period is due you get all the symptoms of a period (bleeding , cramping very emotional, and migraine - i usually suffer from a migraine every time in on) ? I'm 13 weeks and awaiting seeing the doctor bit last month I had spotting and period type symptoms around the date I'd normally be on and now I jave bleeding and the whole symptoms as if a period but I jave had my 12 week scan where everything was good?! Also I should add IVF pregnancy and I stopped taking the progesterone as advised to do ?

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant. I experienced cramping, emotional, migraines now and then. I havent experienced spotting personally however I've had friends who have children who did as they told me, so please don't be alarmed. Everyones pregnancies vary, you have had your 12 week scan and everything looked fine stay positive, congratulations on your pregnancy

I bled alot. My womb was lying low. If you are filling a panty liner, get help.

Obviously it's always good to get checked but my friend had this the whole way through her pregnancy. Every month when her period would normally be due, she had spotting!

Thank you for your replies ladies ! I was scanned yesterday at hospital and everything is fine I was told some women still get period blood each month
