Baby movements

Hi everyone.

My baby movements are driving me crazy. I am 31week5 days pregnant. I don't know what they mean by pattern of movements. I have been in DAU/Triage 5 times eveeything turned to be fine. Someday my baby is like energized bunny other days he is quiet. If he is not moving for an hours it's gives me so much anxiety that i start crying. How can i spend my rest of pregnancy like this. O can't focus pf anything just thinking if he is ok. Midwife don't tell me much. They are always like if this happen again come again. Is anyone feels same that their baby more energized some days than others?

@MeadowHay yes somedays he is super active like moving all day like crazy that i am not even able to eat my food. In morning, afternoon, evening and night. Constantly that sometimes o worry if he is ok. Is he not sleeping today. And there are days like he is so quiet barely moves. How can i not worry if there is sudden change in pattern.

This sounds completely normal and you are describing the same pattern I have. Some days lots, some days slow - that’s a pattern! You don’t have to measure an hourly pattern. If they are not moving for a while and you drink a cold drink and they move, does that not reassure you? Have you tried speaking to your midwife regarding your anxiety levels, they may be able to reassure you or help you find a way of managing it?

@Grognonne yes my midwifes are aware of my anxieties. I am doing CBD aswell.
