HCG level 81

Hi all,

I got my first positive test on Tuesday 16/03 it was really faint and barely visible. I took a CB digital and it dated me 1-2 weeks since conception which fits perfectly with my timeline and ovulation tracking. I began bleeding on 17/03 and have been on and off every day now. I took another CB digital and it has progressed from 1-2 to 2-3 and again this fits my timeline. However, I had a scan at EPU today and they couldn’t see anything which I knew was going to happen as I should only be around 4 weeks at the minute and not 6 weeks as they dated me using my LMP.
I then got my bloods taken and my HCG is 81, they said this doesn’t really say much at the minute so I’m back on Thursday for a second round to see if the HCG has risen or fallen. Has anyone been in this situation with a HCG of 81?

I honestly feel like I’m setting myself up for failure. I had a MC in May 2020 and being back in the ultrasound room was just awful, I feel like history is repeating it’s self.

Sorry if this post doesn’t make much sense I just wanted to vent somewhere and seek some positive stories or any advice anyone has as my head is doing over time with all this waiting around I feel like my brain is going to explode.

Hi, sorry can I ask what the procedure was when they told you ur pregnancy wasn’t viable even though it turned out to be?

I’ve been put down as a PUL due to two ultrasounds not locating the pregnancy. My HCG was 81 on Tuesday and risen to 91 48 hours later not doubling the way they wanted it to. However since then it’s risen by 48% and is now 138. They keep dating me from LMP even though I know I’m not as far on as they think and I’ve told them this. My partner is in the military and I’ve been tracking ovulation and I am 110% certain I can pin point the round about time conception happened due to the fact he’s never home. I think I’m only 4weeks and I don’t feel they’ve gave it enough chance to develop and they’re trying to offer me methotrexate to dissolve the pregnancy ☹️ I’m back on Monday to try get through to them one last time
