Hi is it normal for pregnancy symptoms such as nausea vomiting and gas to come and go and maybe disappear from 11 weeks?

i have had gas nausea and vomiting where i couldn't really drink and eat .

for the past 3 days it seems to have all calmed down and i eat and drank so much today without throwing up i don't feel as gassy

i have been diagnosed with a subchonic hematoma so i have been spotting brown and red blood

with my previous pregnancy i had sever hg and had to terminate my pregnancy at 20 weeks due to fetal abnormality.

I am now scared about everything.

can someone pls share your stories

Completely normal. Especially if you're 11 weeks.

Symptoms coming and going.. Disappearing completely... Never going.. All of it is normal.

I've never had pregnancy symptoms apart from sore boobs that come and go week to week in all 5 of my pregnancies.

It has no indication on how your pregnancy is going.

@Dhano21I've been nervous about my symptoms coming and going too, so thanks for this thread.

I'm so sorry to hear about your previous loss, that sounds incredibly traumatic so I'm not surprised you're worrying about everything. You would be very unlucky to have the same thing happen again but I know that doesn't really help. Have you had a scan yet?

@SnooperTrooper12345 thanks for your comment, I've been stressing out about my boobs becoming less sore and other symptoms fluctuating, so this really helps to hear.
