Hi 😊 I'm 6w 4d today and I've had 2 previous babies, and in this pregnancy it seems like my symptoms have come much earlier and stronger. I've had extreme nausea and hunger since about 5w and I've started vomiting today when I'm my previous pregnancies it wasn't til at least 8w. My boobs are absolutely massive and so painful too.

I'm wondering if it could be twins, did anyone find their symptoms came earlier and stronger with twins?

I had slightly worse nausea with my twin girls than my 1st 3 singletons (2 girls, 1 boy) and I did vomit more but still not loads.
I had horrendous nausea and fatigue very early with current, was convinced I would be told twins at my dating scan. 2 scans have confirmed there's just the 1 girl in there. Early symptoms aren't a good indicator of multiples really, every pregnancy can just be very different.

I found the first trimester with this singleton pregnancy worse than the first trimester with my twins. I did vomit more often with the twins, and had horrific hormonal acne, but the constant nausea and fatigue have been worse with this one. Second trimester so far is easier though with just the one!
