Hi, I am 4 weeks pregnant but my only symptom is cramping! I’m so worried. Any others experienced this? I haven’t even had a sing spot on my face!

I've never had any symptoms. 5 pregnancies now.
Only occasional sore boobs from around 5 or 6 weeks.

You're only 4 weeks so very early. Some people don't get symptoms until 6ish weeks, others don't get them at all and other people get them early. Everyone is different and everything is normal

I imagine at 4 weeks most people have no or few symptoms. Symptoms or lack of them are different for everyone so try not to worry.

Don’t worry, if you’re only four weeks you must have just missed your period. It would be very early to get symptoms, they usually kick in around 5/6 weeks. You might be lucky and not get strong sickness or tiredness. Good luck! Smile

Hi lovely @abig95. Absolutely. I’m nearly 6 weeks and I’ve had cramping pretty much every day. Some days it’s been quite strong but they say as long as you’re not bleeding then don’t worry xxx

I never has symptoms apart from missed period until at about 8 weeks. I never had much really throughout.

Hey! I am 4 weeks pregnant and only real symptom is cramping and constipation lol! :) I think it's pretty normal at this stage to still feel kind of normal.

Nearly 5 weeks and have had cramping most nights and struggled sleeping but otherwise nada not even a boob twinge!
