Did your body change even more after second baby?

So I had my first baby nearly ten years ago when I was 18
I got covered in stretch marks and had a big of wobble but I didn't have that crinkled bit in the middle of my tummy if that makes sense. But my tummy was completely covered in stretch marks so didn't get off completely Scott free 😂
I'm now 16 weeks with my second baby and just wonder whether my body will like go back to how it was after baby 1.
I doubt I'll get anymore stretch marks as there's literally no where for more to fit 😂 but just wondered if anyone didn't get that crinkly bit around their tummy and then did the second time?
I guess it doesn't really matter I'm just so self conscious of myself 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

My 1st was an average 7lb 7oz so I got just big fat under bump stretch marks but snapped back pretty easily. 2nd was 10lb 12oz with polyhydramnios so I was covered in stretch marks. 3rd was a bit smaller than 2nd so nowt new. Then came the twins... 17lb combined at 38wk, I didn't think I had space for more stretch marks but was wrong, left with ab separation (constant pain for 2 years) and a load of excess skin. I repaired the damage to abs and strengthened my core via weightlifting but the skin always remains. Plenty of room for current singleton to spread in to though, hope to have a tummy tuck some day but not cheap.
