Dry mouth/ itchy bumps on hands and feet/ sharp heart pains?

I've been experiencing a really bad Dry mouth over the last few weeks which was initially during the night but now throughout the day also.
I have also developed a itchy rash kind of thing on my hands and feet which look like raised bumps all over hands and feet.
I've also been getting pains under my left rib, feels like sharp pains in the heart which don't last too long, they come and go and finally had a blocked nose for 2-3 weeks, vick does help sometimes to open the airways.
I've tried calling maternity triage for some advise and they fobbed me off, and telling to speak to the GP, has anyway else every experienced this while pregnant, I'm currently 22 weeks? If so, should I be worried? Do I need to do anything, thanks x

The blocked nose is very normal for pregnancy and I think the sharp pains are to an extent too.

Itchiness is also common but it can also be caused by liver conditions. When are you next seeing your midwife? If it's in the next week or so then I'd probably wait and mention it to them. I think you can have a blood test just to reassure you that there's nothing wrong.

When I called about itchiness they called me in to do some checks and they did a blood test, but I was 39 weeks at the time so I'm not sure if that made a difference. It's a bit mean of them to fob you off, they're normally quite good at doing checks for reassurance if nothing else.
