Is it possible for baby to move upside down in the last 2 weeks of pregnancy as in go into breech position? Surely it can happen if babies can move from breech to head down?

Yep. Mine moved from head down to transverse at 38+2, then moved feet down at 38+6. It’s dangerous for both mum and baby, I had a Caesarean section at 38+6 because it was too risky hoping he’d move head down.

Is your baby breech?

Yes, very possible for a baby to move later in pregnancy.

The lower of my twins was head down from 20wk then moved to breech somewhere between my 32 & 36wk scans. The doctors were amazed she'd managed it as they were big babies. They did say if she moved back I could go natural but she stayed put so I ended up with a cesarean at 38wk.

Yup. DD flipped to breach at 37 weeks, then transverse at 39.

Like PP I had a section, but I loved giving birth that way and would choose it again.

I'm just wondering what happened to mine. Mine ended up breach too I'm not sure if she moved in the last week or not but we found last minute whilst I was in labour. Ended up giving birth vaginally. Scary but I was more scared of a c section.
