Drop in resting heart rate first trimester

I'm 10 weeks today and feel like I'm constantly finding a different thing to worry about each week!

This weeks stress is my resting heart rate. It's normally around 70/75 the past few days but I've just checked my Apple Watch and it's only 60 today! Is this a bad sign or is my body just getting used to the extra work it's doing?

I'm 28 weeks and my resting heart rate is always between 60/75 bpm. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about Smile

I think it's just your body getting used to it. I worried about mine in first trimester when it dropped to pre pregnancy levels for a while (55 for me), I'm just about to go into third trimester and it slowly went up to 63-65 for the past few weeks.
