14 weeks pregnant, brown spotting

I woke up today with brown spotting, not tons but definitely there everytime I wipe.

I spoke to my midwife and she told me to rest for 24 hours, and brown blood is old blood. I've been having a bad back in the evenings too.

I had a scan a week ago at 13 weeks and all was well but I cant help but worry and be so scared

Any advice?

Hey, I don’t have any advice but I’m 13+1 and have been bleeding on and off for the past three weeks. I am waiting for my first scan next Monday. I also have had the same message that brown is old and red is fresh. If you’re at all concerned call and get checked- it’s better for piece of mind I think. Hopefully it stops soon.
